Winning Customers

How to win Customer:
1. Think like customer, what customer want in the solution. Be proactive in identifying possible problems and present nice solutions. Always mention nice to have features.
2. It’s mandatory to retain customer confidence in the company. Existing customer are more profitable then new customers.
3. Be honest and focused to the customers.
4. A good business analysis will lead a solution which meets client’s requirements. We need to identify people and methodology to achieve this.
5. A comprehensive testing/ quality assurance will maintain client’s confidence in the company. A back to back order is only possible if client is happy with the current solution.
