Charactersitics:
- Activities Occurs in a series one after another.
- An activity can represent human, Machine or subprocess step.
- Each activity is performed by either Human (User, Group, Functional Role) or a Machine(Component, function)
- The time to complete the sequence is the sum of completion time of each activity.
- Each activity can have an escalation criteria and escalation action.
- Each activity can capture a set of information through ( Form, Components, functions etc)
